Tip: We rent ours, which kept the cost down. Check whether your HSA or FSA covers it, since rules vary by plan.
Part of Sidney's bedtime routine, about eight minutes most nights. It's one piece of how we focus on good sleep at our house. I'm sharing our routine, not a recommendation for your child.
Tip: Follow the manufacturer's instructions, and talk with your child's care team before starting.
